I recommend Locauto
I received very good service from the store. Attentive staff. The vehicles are new and in good condition. Even though they didn't have vehicles with snow tires, they provided a snow sock kit that I didn't need to use.

They take pictures of you bank card
I asked for one particular car, they gave me another one. They take pictures of your credit card which isn't legal and they can't do that, you need to insert your card and pay not them taking pictures. No one speaks english there. They are very polite with italians but with foreigners its another story. Would not recomend.
