Good and fast service. We have rented the car directly in the Terminal without any reservation (in short, we were declined a preordered car by other company, so we had to find one directly in the terminal). And, service was great, price was the same as online.
We had full Kasko purchased, so no headache and no any issues upon returning the car.

This is my third experience with Locauto and I cannot praise them more. It is the best company I've ever used. (Disclaimer: never been to the accident, so I do not know how they handle that). No hidden fees, no pushing the client towards the unnecessary insurance. Good cars, smooth check-in and check-out process.

We were charged twice for our car…
We were charged twice for our car rental. We have sent emails to clear this situation. We planned and booked our rental online. When we arrived the agent processed a new rental agreement and changed us twice. Please look into or provide a contact number/ email so this can be resolved. Thank you.

I previously had an unpleasant experience with Sixt, where they simply took the key when I returned the car without properly inspecting it, and later made an unexpected insurance claim for alleged damage. This time, however, I was very satisfied because the condition of the vehicle was clearly checked both at pickup and return, and everything was mutually confirmed and signed off before I left.

Car pick-up and drop-off was a very easy and pleasant process, and the staff were very polite—I didn't encounter any problems at all. Even though I didn't get the exact car I originally booked (a Peugeot 2008), they provided a similar model (a Fiat Grande Panda), which was brand new and in excellent condition. I was very satisfied with this company and would definitely choose them again in the future.

We put the wrong driver name. Result: loose everything.
We put the wrong driver name. And it seems to be impossible for locauto to change a name, a simple name change. They do not allow us to make the change and the only solution is to buy a new rental car and pay everything again, just a simple name… 500€
