An ok car
An ok car, but the AC was not functioning which is quite bad when it is 37 degrees C outside.
Other than that, nice staff and easy to pick up.

The staff were all VERY helpful and went above and beyond at every turn. Booking process was a breeze. I even booked at the wrong Florence...(FLO) which is located in NORTH CAROLINA...but the agent in Firenze, Florence Italy corrected the mistake and found a good price for the rental. THANKS to everyone there!
