Employee's rudeness
We had no problems picking up the car. However, when we went to return the car to the agency in Cremona, the employee was extremely rude, saying that the car was very poor, we understood that she called us pigs. Needs more education, she can't treat people that way. If she needs to wash, she explains and there is no problem. But calling people pigs is a tremendous lack of education, prejudice. My partner and I felt very offended by the service provided by the employee in Cremona.
