Cheerful, friendly service under pressure
The girl who handled the paperwork when I picked the vehicle from local business in Conegliano on 17th may just before closing time,was the sole employee on site and she was busy. I was a difficult customer because I had no Italian but she was very helpful and pleasant . We overcame the language barrier because of her good humour and I got on my way with a well prepared vehicle.

Friendly people for check in and check out. Glad they warned me about the tolls and walked around the car. Car worked great although it needed new windshield wipers. Otherwise nice efficient car with a 6 speed that was fun to drive.

Overall Locauto has always been a great…
Overall Locauto has always been a great experience, nice cars, friendly people. Our last car, however, smelled strongly like someone had smoked in it before, and it really bothered us during our drive. When mentioning this when returning the car the person said he could not smell anything, and no apology was offered. We found that a little disappointing. Overall, however, we can certainly recommend Locauto in Conegliano!
