Everything went well

When I arrived at the rental agency, I was offered an upgrade to a higher vehicle category for an extra 70 euros, and I declined. However, I was still charged that amount without my consent, even though I never got to use the upgraded vehicle.

Everything was great! We had a full insurance - dont worry option and it was realy warth it. We had a small problem with preasure in the car tire and the staff was helpful and we dont had any problems with this when we get back a car. The car was little dirty because we driving a lot, and sometimes in not good roads. When we get back a car the employee look at the car and sad we have full insurance so dont worry about everything. So we really recomend this car rental and the dont worry option.

We had a horrible experience with Drivalia in Cagliari airport (avoid them at all costs) and we had to find an alternative directly at the airport. We went to Locauto’s desk without any reservation and the lady who helped us was extremely helpful and helped us to book a car in just a few minutes for a reasonable price.
Next time I will book with them with no hesitation.

The lady at the airport was great help. We didn't have a reservation but we got the car which was brand new, full insurance for reasonable price (season in Sardinia is pricy). No issues what so ever

We requested a car rental to use during our vacation stay and we used their website to make the booking. The car gave us no trouble and it had modern dashboard features. We opted to pay the extra charge and return the car without having to fill up the fuel tank. Even though Italian is not our first language, the staff were courteous and helpful in explaining the details of our rental agreement. Would recommend!

My car was perfect, it ran like a dream the whole 10 days I had it. I had previously had a really terrible hire car experience in Portugal so went with locauto even though it was a little more expensive because of all the positive reviews, can say it was definitely worth it.

The car was not properly clean when we received it. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Rossana met us at the counter with a smile and walked us through the best insurance policy to take out before we got our car. She explained everything in English clearly which was so helpful. We were so tired and confused and she was patient, kind and extremely honest in helping us choose the right insurance for our holiday. We were given a safe and good car just as we had booked and honestly this was exactly what was needed at the start of our holiday. Everything was completely fine. As for the car's cleanliness, it was perfect for me, and so was the vehicle we were assigned. The only thing that could be mentioned earlier are the additional fee-based services offered—for example, to have the car insured in a certain way. Otherwise, everything was in total order.
