Shameless and completely unprofessional staff. She asked for my phone number and invited me to go to a hotel in front of my family. Her behaviour was disrespectful, inappropriate, and unacceptable. I was shocked by such conduct from someone working in customer service.

I rented an Opel Corsa for 6 days! When I arrived at the airport, the service at the company's desk was prompt. I went to the pickup area—which was nearby—and was served immediately. The car was new, had low mileage, and was in excellent condition! I noticed that their vehicle fleet was generally new. Returning the vehicle was a quick and hassle-free process! I was completely satisfied and would choose Locauto again!

I had an excellent experience with Locauto from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and both the pick-up and return were quick and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure.
The car was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as booked. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, with no unexpected issues or hidden charges.
