nice experience with care of stuff, in particular Marcello, he ride us a head by electric scooter to show the parking stop. Get here car second time. Service had and shoulders among the rest. I booked Opel corso, but get brand new Reno Clio.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect, the service is top notch and fast. I made the reservation through the Locauto app and on the spot I just signed the electronic contract, and in 5-10 minutes the car was delivered to me. I recommend them with both hands.

The service in Bari was Very bad
The service in Bari was Very bad and not trustfull.
Without any consultation, the return time was determined to be much later than it actually was, and a lot of extra money was debited from the credit card.
We prooved this to be wrong by photo’s and screenshots but The Office insisted by putting a new time for delivery also without any information in advance.
So DON’T go there.

It was difficult to find the office due to road construction in front of the car rental office. Picking up and dropping off the car was easy and they were polite.

The car rental company wrongly charged…
The car rental company wrongly charged me for an “extra day” even though I returned the car neatly on time. Customer service is terrible, and I’m told I have to send an email. They take my money first and then want to handle it via email, and I have to wait three weeks. I strongly advise everyone not to rent a car here.

Excellent service from the team at Locauto. They delivered exactly what was promised and matched the positive reviews I had read online.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The car was impeccable and in excellent condition.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the check-out was even faster and easier.
I also appreciated that they did not pressure me into purchasing additional insurance from the rental company, unlike some other car rental agencies in Italy. The whole experience was transparent, honest, and customer-focused.
I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them.

Fast and easy
Everything with a rent of the car was very easy and fast. The guy (Davide) that attend us was very polite and explicate us everything necessary. It was a big plus that he is speaking also spanish that was very helpfull.

Some positives and some negatives
The positives are the location is just next door to the train station and easy to locate. They did have a car available for my reservation. It was a change from what I reserved but not a downgrade so that was fine.
The negatives- the car had not been cleaned and had debris from the last rental, dirty carpets and dirty exterior.
The pick up was a bit odd, you get the paperwork done in the office then maneuver your luggage and away from the station, down a busy street and to a corner by dumpsters where the attendant pulled over crooked and left us the car.
Upon returning, you park in a city garage and then walk about 5-10 min back to the station with your luggage.
It would be worth considering adding a curbside pick up and drop off option at additional cost. We certainly would have chosen that upgrade.

Regarding the logistics of the pickup and drop-off, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, especially while managing your luggage. We would like to clarify that, unlike airport locations, our city and train station offices often have to operate within restricted urban spaces, which unfortunately limits our parking options.We will certainly share your idea with our management and relevant departments to evaluate how we can improve our services and make the experience more comfortable for our guests.
