Waiting 6 months to see first draft of web design
I signed a 24 month contract with Local Search to design a website and have it online. My local area agent informed me it was all done down south and that it should take 3 months completed. It took 6 months to see a first draft and I had to do all the research, writing of website etc myself. Poor communication, avoiding calls, Team Leaders who try to get out of overseeing the work is done. 9 months out of 24 months it was finally completed and online. I had to pay the 9 months for a website that was non-existent and not making me money. Don't do IT with Local Search ever.
