Great contact with the car rental company. The car was delivered at the airport, and the driver explained everything well. The car was comfortable and clean. The entire trip was perfect. Excellent service

We rented a car on March 8 for a trip to Sheki and back. The car was delivered to our address in Baku, and we returned it to the office in Baku. We had booked a Hyundai Elantra, but we were offered a more recent hybrid car, the Chang'an, without any additional charges. The car was clean, new, had Bluetooth connectivity for our phones, and other amenities. We were satisfied with our trip. The service was excellent!

low beam headlights is broken

Cube Rent a car is rent company. The manager was 45 minutes late. Low beam headlights is broken, but I did not check it when take the car. I had an incident with a police officer because of a broken light.

Price low, service and communication high

I travelled a lot in the last years with different Rent-a-Car companys. Most of them were good. This time in Mauritius I was surpriced that there can be more than just good. Never had a Communication like this. Very, very good.

I don't recommend it

I don't recommend it, because they took my money to make my reservation and then shamelessly told me that your reservation was canceled without giving me any reason, no matter how much money they took in advance, very shameful.

I love this service more then the other car rental aggregators...

Used this service 2 times - Georgia and Romania. Both was excellent experince, exactly as ordered, competitive price, the local renting agencies provided the cars as described in the contract.

Avoid this company , Dishonest company - Gave us a car 10 years older than booked

Avoid this company. They operate on a classic bait-and-switch scam and pass customers to unprofessional subcontractors.

· The Handover: We booked with the main company, but upon arrival they passed us to a third-party subcontractor. This subcontractor did not speak English—they were writing in Russian/Ukrainian, making communication extremely difficult.
· The Car: Booked an automatic Opel Vivaro (less than 5 years old) and paid €400. Received a very old Mercedes Aviano (over 10 years old).
· The Service: Rude and uncooperative when we asked for the correct vehicle. They claimed the original car "broke down" but offered no solution for our family of 6.
· The Deposit: They demanded €500 in cash and provided no receipt for it. This is completely unacceptable.
· The Drop-off: No representative was waiting at the airport to collect the car, and they tried to charge us for the parking.
· The Compensation: After complaining, they offered a pathetic £108 compensation (€42 + €60) . This is a tiny, insulting amount compared to the €400 we paid and does not cover the inconvenience at all.

They are disorganized, unprofessional, and seem to operate outside standard business practices. Do not risk your vacation money here.

In rare cases when a vehicle becomes unavailable due to technical problem, the rental company is required to provide a replacement vehicle with similar or better characteristics. Unfortunately, in your case this standard was not fully met, and we completely understand how disappointing this situation must have been for you.

From the very beginning, our team focused on finding the best possible solution for you.
Although we were unable to provide a replacement vehicle of the exact same class and year, we arranged a recalculation of the rental cost based on the vehicle that was actually delivered. The car provided was in excellent technical and visual condition and was equipped with an automatic transmission, which is generally considered an upgrade compared to the manual transmission originally booked.

Following your request, we carefully reviewed all of your claims and addressed them in the best way possible, including issuing a refund of one third of the total rental cost as compensation for the inconvenience caused.

As for the deposit, the rental agreement is the primary document regulating the rights and obligations of both parties. It includes all financial details of the rental, including the rental payment and the deposit amount received from the customer, and therefore serves as official confirmation of these payments.

Your vehicle return experience became more complicated due to the request to return the car earlier than the time specified in your booking. Nevertheless, the rental company made every effort to simplify the process and arranged a contactless vehicle return for your convenience.

We regret that the compensation offered did not fully meet your expectations and that the steps taken were not enough to improve your overall rental experience. We take such feedback very seriously, as it helps us evaluate the quality of our service providers. Additional guidance and training will be provided to the partner to help prevent similar situations in the future.
