I have found the team helpful, all appointments were made when convent for me. All the changes were easy to do. The team at Local Web are always helpful and sort out all problems.

Kate, no idea who this person is, decided to cold call us. Wouldn't take no for an answer. We have an in-house IT team therefore we politely declined her offer. She persistently asked to speak to named directors of the company even though she was told numerous occasions we weren't interested and was going to end the call - and she was indeed speaking with a Director.

In summary, extremely rude.
