Would definitely recommend Local estate agents , Bertie , Mitch and Rayner were amazing ! Nothing was too much trouble , and they kept me updated every step of the way . They all went above and beyond to make my Mums move as stress free as possible, I would recommend them to anyone , and would not hesitate to use them again! Well done guys 👍😀

Matt was absolutely amazing all the way. He was available around the clock including

My experience selling my one-bedroom flat with Local Estate Agency in Cambridge has been great.
Luci and Matt gave me the feeling of a personalized treatment. They were always available even on Saturday and Sunday making my life easier and at the same time increasing the chance of people viewing my place.
After the only 2 and half weeks I’ve accepted an offer and due to a prolonged purchasing process lasted 5 months Luci and Matt managed to keep my buyer interested and don’t run away with his cash offer.

First of all, I would like to say how delighted we were with Matt and Luci. Selling a property can be a very stressful time, but they made it all feel quite easy. Turning up at our first meeting, they brought with them a vast amount of research relating to properties that had sold nearby, giving me great confidence in the guide price they recommended. After I agreed to sell my property with them, they quickly put the particulars together, which included high quality photos and a great description, and the property was on the market within a couple of days. They efficiently organised viewings at times that suited both ourselves and the prospective buyers. Matt and Luci generated several offers and I could not be happier with the sales process. They were helpful, relaxed and professional throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend choosing Matt and Luci at Local Estate Agent for anyone looking to sell their property.
