Our experience with Lobyg was deeply disspointing as owner ghosted us
Our experience with Lobyg was deeply disappointing. The owner came to our home to assess the project, and we had what seemed like a solid, professional discussion. We even shook hands, and he assured us he would send over an offer shortly.
After that meeting, communication broke down. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, phone, and text, he failed to deliver the offer as promised. At one point, he claimed he had already sent it and suggested it might be in my spam folder — it wasn’t. We checked thoroughly, and nothing was ever received.
Even after bringing this to his attention, he still didn’t resend the offer or follow up in any meaningful way. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether and ghosted us.
This kind of behavior is incredibly unprofessional, especially after taking the time to meet in person and making verbal commitments. We cannot recommend Lobyg to anyone looking for dependable or honest service.
