Awful experience with them

Awful experience with them. I was repeatedly asked for the same documentation. Their disclosures were inaccurate and I was told to sign them "anyhow just to move forward and it would be corrected in the end". I was called to attend a closing without ever having received the disclosures, which is required by law -- I had to ASK for them. My rate went up over what I was promised. The closing paperwork was a JOKE. They used conventional mortgage paperwork for a DSCR loan -- the entity (an LLC) had to Print and Sign their name because apparently LLCs have signatures now? -- and the LLC was asked its marital status -- I mean, seriously? You don't have dedicated DSCR paperwork? This was a horrible experience.
