Need to be more honest on website that…
Need to be more honest on website that minimum income needs to be £1800 . They also don’t accept Universal Credit even if you work full time as well.
Please be more transparent about this so you don’t waste peoples time .

All applications are assessed through our standard affordability and credit checks, and we do make this clear on our website. Our FAQs also state that we’re unable to lend if an applicant is on benefits, and that lending is based on full-time employment and meeting our affordability criteria.
We understand your point about minimum income requirements. We don’t publish our full lending criteria because these can change, and fixed thresholds can be open to misuse. However, we appreciate your comments and will review how we present this information to ensure it’s as clear and transparent as possible.

Value of my car was too low which is fair enough. Not sure why I had to call in to be told this. Also was told this over the phone then hung up on. Assume they're on commission as I was still talking when I got hung up on.
Edit: Review answered. Happy with the response although still disappointed customer care was lacking but no detriment caused. Updated to 3 stars

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m very sorry that you felt undervalued as a client. This is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have.
Having listened to the call recording, we can understand why the loan consultant ended the conversation, as you had twice acknowledged that we could not proceed. However, they did this far too quickly and missed that you wished to discuss the matter further. They also should have explored alternative options with you, which did not happen.
We have spoken with the individual involved and will be providing further training to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Please also be assured that none of our staff work on commission. This is a deliberate company policy to ensure every client is treated fairly and that we always work toward the best possible outcome.

Good company. Good communication and support. Money was released promptly. Very high interest rate. Could easily loose your vehicle if you are not careful. Also would be.good if they had an app or.online portal where you could login to check your loan/payments/interest etc.
