I am considering buying my first property in Germany, hence, have a lot of questions about the mortgage and the overall process. Jan Joisten has been my patient adviser on the topic that seems to be very difficult but is actually not that scary with such a guide. Thanks a lot!

Sarah is very helpful and guided me a lot through the process of me getting a mortgage. She even helped me write down few sentences in German so I could be better prepared for the application. We found our dream home with relatively short notice (as one often does in Berlin) and the seller would only reserve it for us for a couple of weeks so we could get the financing rolling. Banks could not even give us the time of the day (first appointment available to even discuss a mortgage in 2-3months…), and mortgage brokers we had previously been in contact with, flat out said that they cannot help us because of to some bureaucratic complexities related to my maternity leave. For a moment it looked like we would miss out on the apartment.

Highly recommended. Sarah presented various options to me, applied for the loan on my behalf, then waited patiently while the seller disappeared from the face of the Earth for many weeks, then supported the second application through to the successful conclusion of the contract.

I had my first session with Mr. Adrian Baumgärtner and he gave his best to explain me the process and answer all the questions. I would highly recommend this agent if you are new to German real estate market and need someone who can explain everything in English.

We had some experiences with other load brokers before we decided to go with LoanLink24 and they are not comparable. Here we could see the progress of our application online and also inform ourselves about the each step. We could book consultation appointment online and ask our questions via phone or email. My experience with Sarah Cerci was perfect. She is very competent and knowledgable as well as very nice and patient with me. Even when it was clear that I would not qualify for what I wanted to do, she remained on the call with me, provided very helpful information and said I could email her if I have further questions. This is a rare combination of expertise and customer friendliness. The expose form was easy to understand and fill out which made the overall experience 5 stars for me. Very helpful through a reasonably complex mortgage application, with changes of terms and timings by the seller and other exciting things that you normally hope don't happen.

I had a really great and enlightening experience with Sarah, about the whole mortgage process, fees and expectations! She was really quick at responding and explaining the process step by step, she also provided with detailed information for different questions I had!
