We had a good experience with our mortgage adviser Isabelle, she is friendly, competent, and very responsive to our questions.

Unfortunately, because of my visa status(spouse visa), we couldn’t really get a good deal from Loanlinks’ recommendation system. So we started talking directly to the local banks.

Although Isabelle worked very hard on our case, and eventually she come back to us with an acceptable offer, what we got from Sparkasse is better, and the communication is also faster, which is important for us considering the ever-rising interest rate.

We really appreciated Isabelle’s work, and since this is a decision with a life-long impact on us, we hope she will understand our decision.
