This product is for a heel replacement repair only. Although there are normally no issues in repairing Loake shoes, we cannot tell for certain if a repair can be made until the shoes have been examined. We will NOT be able to return shoes in their original boxes (new boxes will be supplied), and we also cannot guarantee return of any shoe trees, shoe bags, or additional insoles etc. included with your shoes when sent to us. Please can you also remember that when you send your shoes back in for repair, they will be closely examined, by hand, by our repair team. If you could please remove dirt with a damp cloth before sending them in, that would be appreciated. Shoes that are excessively muddy and/or unpleasant to handle will be returned to you without being processed. We cannot be held responsible for the safe packaging and arrival of your shoes, so we recommend protecting your shoes in a box before sending in for your repair. Some types of shoes such as boat shoes cannot be repaired; if in doubt please contact Loake to confirm.
