Dont buy ANYTHING from this company! I purchased a denim womens jumpsuit. What arrived was something that looked like a small kids textile project. An item made out of very cheap printed lycra printed to look 'a bit' like denim. It was basically a very badly cut rectangle with legs, that looked like it has been thrown through a sewing machine. It bears no resemblence to the photo. If I were to even contemplate putting it on it would finish at my knees (Instead of my ankles as anyone would naturally hope) The 'tracking' is bogus and nobody EVER responded to my chain of emails. Ive requested a refund and i might as well be attempting to communicate with a person on another planet. Im now seeking refund through the bank. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

made it worse was the packaging — they were just stuffed into a plain plastic bag, no box, no protection whatsoever. With shipping like that, it’s no surprise the quality suffers even more.

The material looks like cheap faux leather with a croc-embossed pattern that quickly loses its shape. Most noticeable is the sole separation — the upper is literally peeling away from the sole near the heel, the seam has come apart. The heel is covered in scratches and scuffs, as if the shoes had already been worn heavily. The interior lining is also fraying along the edge.

The stitching quality is questionable too — uneven seams, unreliable glue bonding. For this price I expected at least basic durability and proper packaging, but instead I got the LUNIVA square-toe ballet flats stuffed in a bag, looking like they’ll fall apart after a couple of wears. Would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY!! This company is a scam and will not only send fake goods not as described but then you cannot return the items once purchased.

Nothing they advertise is as described and they are absolutely not based in the UK.

Same here. The quality is very poor and nothing like the photos shown on the website. I contacted them by email to return the items, but they haven't replied.

Placed an order for 2 denim jumpsuits - they arrived but were a cheap stretch material with a denim effect printed on. There were no zips etc & both sizes were too small to get on. I contacted the email address on the website a number of times to request a return, as per instructions on the website. I have had no answer.
