Overall good experience despite the fact that they forgot to ship one of my orders. No problem though, just contacted them and they responded and resolved the issue in no time. I want to thank Zaid for calling me back when I had a problem with getting someone from LMR to return me a callback after leaving my name and phone number for 4 days. I finally got someone to pick up my call on day 4 named Brian that did ask me how could he help me. Brian did call me back today to let me know on his lunch hour just to let me know they had a problem with the messaging system.
I also received a phone call from Zaid over this problem and he went out of his way to keep me as a customer and he did just that. If it was not for Zaid talking to me today about this I would have never bought one thing from LMR ever again. LMR should be thankful to have such a good man like Zaid working for them. Thank you, Zaid for everything.

Sold me the wrong part for my vehicle because they didn't verify what engine I had. Then there was am issue getting the replacement sent out in a timely manner. They did offer a gift card for future purchase, as an apology

Buying my first upgrade
I was looking for an exhaust system for my Mustang. I was planning on using American Muscle to purchase the system but when I went to buy it, they were out of stock. I came to LMR and found the exact same system for the exact same price. Free shipping and it arrived about a week later. I'll be looking at LMR for further upgrades as well.

Fast service. Shipped that day.
Had ordered from Summit. After 6 weeks it still had not shipped. They had not even received the brake kit from the vendor.
LMR had it in stock and I received it in 48 hours.
