Urgent: VoIP Landlines Not Activated received our mobile phones and…
We have received our mobile phones and are pleased with them; however, we were also promised that our VoIP landlines would be activated, and this has not yet been completed.
As a result, our previous phones have now been deactivated, leaving us without any communication channels apart from our mobile phones. This is causing significant disruption to our operations.
Additionally, there appears to have been a lack of communication between your teams, and IT did not attend the scheduled meeting that was arranged to resolve this issue.
As you can appreciate, we are disappointed with the service received so far and would appreciate this matter being addressed as a priority.
