I had to purchase a civil liability insurance as a student. On the website I submitted a request over 10 times on Saturday and kept receiving an error message (a technical fault) so I purchased an insurance with another company. On Monday I received an email from LMDE apologizing for the technical fault and claiming that they welcome me to LMDE, without even asking me if I still wanted to purchase the insurance? Now no one is replying to my emails to cancel the insurance.

Hey Reetta, sorry for the inconvenience. We had technical failures on saturday and we preferred to start insurance for people who requested it in case a disaster occurred within this time frame.
