Buy elsewhere, don't take a risk
Ordered a lamp on llumilux.com, the order was confirmed. In a few days, one of their managers writes to me, saying the item is out of stock and offering to choose something else. Meanwhile, the item is still on their website, but 200 euros more expensive. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. Silence.
I wrote to the online chat, asking what is happening with my order, and got a response that it was on the way. A week later, I asked again. And finally - "It was lost in transit, we will refund you the money".
I hope it's just a terrible service, not a complete scam, and I'll see the refund.
Ah, and seeing different entities for the same website (Denmark, Norway, in my case - The Netherlands) makes me wonder if they change the company name registry so often on purpose.
