A Quality Experience
They went above and beyond on delivery, delivering the product personally as it was quicker than using a courier. The product is really good quality, installation instructions on the website are super helpful and as a result, make it easy to install. I had a great experience, would highly recommend.

Very quick and friendly
Very quick, friendly service. Even offered a more expensive product when the one I ordered wasn’t currently available in NZ, for the same price. I’ve had a lock latch for 4 years in my old place and loved it for our cat.

Good customer service and fast delivery. Easy installation and peace of mind. Dog can go outside and safety gate is still secure. I use it in the day while I am busy in and around the house and lock the safety gate like normal at night. Thank you.
