I would like to reassure you that our terms of business have been carefully crafted to align with industry standards, providing all clients ample time to review them before signing. Termination fees, as outlined, are a common and necessary practice due to the significant work involved in preparing for the transfer of tenancy management. We do include a fee schedule within our terms of business to ensure that they a clear and not hidden within the ‘fine print’.
