Please note that these wheels are finished in Hyper Black, a unique multi-tone finish designed to react to light. Because of its reflective properties, the appearance can shift significantly depending on the lighting conditions, ranging from a dark chrome to a smoky silver. Furthermore, different digital screens and monitor settings can often display colour balances and contrast levels differently.

disappointed since December
Not happy with the service from initial purchase. Bought the alloys with wheels package on the 6th of December. Only a small text on the document was sent saying the oz factory would be shut over Christmas and expect a delivery late January which is roughly 2 months :/
Called up to by greeted by the rudest customer service representative who was more keen on telling me how to handle my finances however he did get me into another pair of wheels with similar design after 5 minutes of haggling.
To make matters worse the delivery email was sent on the day, so a bit last minute to handle reciept of delivery.
Was even more frustrating to see a portion of the metal weights used for wheel balancing not stuck on, which means I don’t know which wheels are balanced and I have to wait even longer to contact support and get them balanced again.
Disappointing since december

Regarding the lead times, we aim for full transparency by noting factory festive closures on our product pages, at checkout, and on invoices. We apologise if this was missed. Our records of our phone conversation show that our team worked to find you an alternative, in-stock style at a similar price point for immediate despatch to help avoid that wait.
We are very sorry to hear about the wheel weights. While our team maintains high standards, it appears the adhesive may have been affected by the recent cold weather. As discussed, we offered to cover the cost of a local rebalance for you to get this sorted quickly.
