2017 tog vi steget och ville dela med oss av vår kunskap och service även på webben.

Pay for frakt seperately
Had a mistake for paying the frakt costs at the final stage if payment. The day after received an email that you package is packed. Waited 10 days for delivery, called them then that I havent received the purchase. Turned out havent chosen the 49kr transport cost, and had chosen pick up at office which is 150km away. Wondered why they didnt contact me after few days or a week. Why delivery is not just free within the country, which is the case eveywhere these days.

We missed out on noticing that your order had not been picked up, which led to the prolonged wait time for you. We typically contact customers within a couple of days if their orders haven't been picked up, but unfortunately we missed this in your case and are very sorry for the delay it caused.
Regarding your thoughts about shipping costs, we understand that many online retailers offer free shipping. However, in the lighting business, shipping costs are generally present across all webshops. The cost of shipping is just too high for us to offer free shipping on all orders.
We hope that despite the issue with your shipping, you are satisfied with the lamps you purchased.

I was pleased with the order process and a good variety of products on the site
I was pleased with the order process and the look of the tree, though it wasn't as full as I'd hoped. Unfortunately, it was not as durable as I expected and our kitten broke it within 2 weeks. The hollow pipe was quite thin and the top section bent over 90 degrees under her weight (she's pretty small still)
