I do not recommend them. they're proper crooks. Had to join as it was recommended by etsy, but as i send less than 5 kg of card a year, it was expensive, so i terminated in December after only joining in July where I already had to pay for a full year. I got another invoice warning in Feb, for another full year even though I had terminated, but they said because i hadn't terminated by september (who would? I had only just joined a few months previously!!) i was due to pay another year- even though i had by that point paid for another cheaper service. They're forceful and unmoving even though their service is basic at best for me, and i'm paying twice not even yet for a full years service. Avoid at all costs. The surprise subscription renewal is a load of crock and a really crap deal.

In our order process, we make it clear at various points that this is a continuing licence agreement. This logic of a renewing contract for packaging licensing is, by the way, the usual model for almost all system providers.
In addition, unlike many other providers, we allow you to look at our model contract BEFORE signing the contract, in which all conditions are noted transparently. We also rely on this and, in a B2B context, expect our customers to inform themselves about conditions and to comply with them - just as we are expected to do.
We regret that you have nevertheless received a negative impression of us and wish you all the best for the future.

For those who fear new German laws…
The registration is easy and understandable. Only you have to input weight of packaging in sort of "XX,XXXX" format. So, 22 kg will be like "00,0022". Otherwise it's 22 tons.
During the registration we have entered an incorrect information, that was inputted in our invoice (we prefer to pay by the invoice). It's not possible to return to the previous registration steps, except weight and it's not possible to cancel invoice and generate one yourself, after you have corrected information about your user account yourself. So we contacted support, which was very nice and resolved our issue quickly (in matter of two days and 3 letters, if I am not mistaken).
Within hours after paying an invoice our LUCID number was active. Wow.
So far, the best German (top-notch, least problematic) service provider I've ever encountered. 5 stars for now. Though, we have to wait and live until we pay for packaging by the results of this year.
