Very professional company
Having had Livwarm’s sister company install my heat pump a couple of years ago, which included solar panels, I decided to take the plunge and purchase solar batteries to compliment my system.
There were a couple of hiccups in the installation - an issue with my EV charger, however, these were addressed and resolved as a matter of priority. Professionalism is second to none with this company, they treat you as a person not as a number and that matters when you are embarking on a whole new journey of electricity storage. Special shout out to Luke and Chris, your patience with me has been hugely appreciated, and of course Lewis who performed an excellent install. If you are wondering whether to go for this company, I wouldn’t wonder any longer… go for it, you won’t regret it!
