Amazing pants, high intl shipping fees
Bought my first pair of Ecotrek Trail Pants from this company through Kickstarter. I love how they fit. Super comfortable pants with roomy pockets. The pants are easy to move in and are comfortable all year long, whether it's 30ºC or 0ºC.
The pants are also easy to resize, which is great because mine were a bit too long. I bought a new pair in a different color and these two are now my most used pants. Also got a very comfy and soft-feeling shirt with it. Today, I ordered the 3rd color of Ecotrek Trail Pants now that they're back in stock.
I also love how the pants are made eco-friendly by using recycled plastics fished up from the oceans.
There are only a few downsides but Livsn can't really help that being a smaller company: their gear is often sold out (I would've loved to add a shirt to my latest order but they were sold out in my size and I didn't want to risk the pants being sold out once the shirt is back in stock) and international shipping fees are very high.
Pricing is great for what you get but international shipping (€39.95 on a €131.95 pair of pants) is very high. And after delivery, I also have to pay import fees on top of that, making a single €131.95 pair of pants a €200+ pair... If they weren't this comfortable and eco-friendly I wouldn't do this with almost half of my costs going to shipping and taxes.
