I recently purchased the Egyptian cotton towels, and I am very pleased with my purchase. The towels are incredibly soft and arrived within the agreed time. Good value for money

I ordered a table cloth in March 2025. They have not responded to my requests for updates. Five months later I have not received the table cloth that I paid $118 for.

The heatproof jug and cups set is lovely. The cups are durable and truly heatproof. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the jug's handle feels a bit delicate

Delivery was ok, I received my order of the blanket in 7 days. The blanket is well made and looks great in my home. The blanket had a loose thread, but it was easy to fix. Overall I’m happy with the purchase

Like previous reviewers I would like to rate this as 0.
I ordered items via Facebook in December last year and heard nothing for months. I emailed querying this and eventually received a reply with a story about having problems with deliveries but they would send replacement orders.
To date I have heard nothing more and have asked for a refund without response.

I would rate it 0 if it was possible. Totally SCAM. Never received my order.

I would rate zero if I could rather than 1* The company is a total scam promoted by Facebook ( who should take some responsibility) . I’m £100 out of pocket . Goods never arrived and no response from company . Total joke !

Do not order anything from this company. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. 2 months still nothing, and now they have stopped replying to my emails

Wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order!!! One reply to an email (suspect AI) and zero since. Would give zero star. Avoid like the plague and report to wherever they advertise.

Terrible company. Do not order from them I should have read reviews before I ordered. They do not reply to any enquiries. I tried emailing and on Facebook. Just an automated email reply saying we will get in touch within 48hrs.

Ordered item in January still not received, out of the constant emails to them I have had 1 reply stating they are working on the issue
No communication since then despite emailing the for update.
Very poor service will definitely not recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful company. No sign of goods ordered six weeks ago, very poor communication with pathetic excuses blaming others. I think the company is in deep trouble and should not still be taking orders. I’ve asked for a refund but no response yet. The worst company I’ve ever ordered from.

Been waiting 3 months for my item. Poor communication. Had one reply with a fake reason why hadn't arrived. Absolute joke. Never heard from them again when I asked for an update. Avoid and report this SCAM!

I have been waiting for 2 months for a bedroom rug. I can't talk to anyone and no one responds as to why 1 simple rug is taking so long. Also, I cannot find how to get my money refunded

Very Poor communication. No response from my 3 emails. Appears to be a fraud company.

I mistakenly ordered again from this company and I wish I hadn’t as I’ve not received my order which was a month ago now . Emailed 3 times still no reply . Doubt I’ll see my money or my goods again . I would not recommend this company. I’d give it no stars if I could you cannot run a business like this .
BUYER BEWARE

I ordered my product on 1/15/2025 and it’s now 2/18/2025. Customer service is lame. They keep giving me the runaround. I’ll be doing my research on these companies in the future.

I have ordered 2 items from this company over a month ago. The communication was lacking and I waited a long time to receive the items but the items arrived as expected and they are beautiful. Initially I thought this was a scam as communication was lacking but now I can confirm that the items are as pictured and of a nice quality. The only downside is the fact that one has to chase the company and delivery time is long. Other than that happy with the purchase.
