Terrible experience
First they didn't supply me a tracking number. After I contacted them they sent me a screen shot of the carrier but it was a screen shot from 6 months ago!
After I wrote them they said it was sent and the carrier couldnt find me however I was at home all the time and no one called me or been at my house. Its been a month and I didn't receive the package. I don't know who is the responsible for this the company itself or the carrier , and I'm not sure they even sent it to me, but when eventually I wrote them to tell them I want to cancel it and get the refund ,after 30 days from the order day, their response was that I need to pay for the shipping and they need to check if the package is damage before refund , meaning if the package is damage I will have to pay event hough it wasn't arrive to me at all!!!
I suggest you not to order from them!
Lucky that I paid with PayPal and they refunded me

Buongiorno sig.ra Ben, sono veramente dispiaciuta per la sua esperienza negativa sul nostro sito.
Ci terrei però a precisare che le tempistiche non sono quelle da lei elencate. Il suo ordine ci è arrivato la domenica sera 27-11, il martedì 29-11 i colli (uno di 20 kg, l'altro di 15 kg) sono partiti dai nostri magazzini. L'1-12 Bartolini ha fatto il primo tentativo di consegna infruttuoso (che lei dice di non aver visto), mi ha scritto il 5-12,dopo una settimana dall'ordine, per annullarlo, quando la consegna era programmata per quello stesso giorno; in quel momento le ho specificato che le spese di spedizione per il reso erano a suo carico (come da specificato sul nostro sito).
Ad oggi lei ha chiesto il rimborso a PayPal (che è stato interamente effettuato); il corriere non l'ha trovata in casa in altri 2 tentativi di consegna (l'ultimo di ieri), e da noi ha sempre ricevuto assistenza sul numero di tracking (la prima volta, effettivamente ho sbagliato lo screenshot, le chiedo scusa nuovamente) e sui tentativi di Bartolini (che ci ha comunicato di avere la filiale del suo territorio oberata).
