Dreadful service when trying to terminate your contract

Living-Water Ltd. recently commissioned our small South African web design firm to redesign their website and logo. The original brief requested a clean, contemporary style, so we invested a lot of time and money in developing a new logo and website design, which they first accepted.
The customer, however, quickly altered course and asked for a design that echoed the aesthetics of the early 2000s.
We adjusted to their new request in spite of the change and the significant effort already made. Regretfully, the client was not pleased with our work this time either, and in the end, they decided to handle the job internally.
This experience has been difficult both financially and professionally for us as a business. We are at a loss because Living-Water Ltd. has declined to pay the remaining 50% of the agreed-upon cost. Seeing such unprofessional behavior is depressing, especially in light of the possible consequences for their own clientele.
We sternly caution other creatives from doing business with Living-Water Ltd. Their behavior raises serious questions about their business methods and suggests a questionable approach to working with service providers.

The water is not bad and they are always on time thanks
Water is good.. Keep it up
Just read the contract before signing. Don’t take their word for it that you’ll get your initial deposit back. There’s a clause at the bottom of the contract that says you’ll have to pay £80 when you decide to cancel your contract:
“Also please be advised there will be a £80.00 + VAT charge to cover the administration , collection and refurbishment costs.”
Because it has to do with money, I do sincerely believe they have an obligation to let customers know when taking up the contract other than inserting it at the bottom of the contract, when you’ve been convinced by the sales advisor that all you need to do is to give them notice and you’ll have a full refund. I believe their recorded telephone conversations will have those records.
I have nothing else against them apart from this observation, but I feel obligated to let potential customers know before signing any contract.
Thanks
