I had items missing in my order
I had items missing in my order. I sent 3 emails over
a period of 3 weeks regarding the situation and never had a response so choose to return my order which cost me £7.50 in postage fees. A week later I received an email (with my previous emails attached) saying they received my return and shall process a refund. I had no apology or explanation as to why there were items missing, or why my emails hadn't been acknowledged. I'm completely baffled by the customer service.
