Dreadful. Awful. Worst ever, and that says something. Ordered goods which were charged to my account, then cancelled because seller would not deliver (to central Scotland! ) Refund was less than I’d paid, because I’d been charged in Euros and I lost out when it came to refund time. Nobody told me I’d be charged in euros, or the possible consequence. Have now spent days trying to contact company - it is impossible. Impossible. I’ve been swindled.

A company with a 93% one star,can't go lower.

On 26.02.23 I placed an order witch i never received.
After a long fight with a horrible company called Durest,the business company of Living Social, they agreed to refund the money.
I contacted Wowcher Living Social asking for my money to not be crefited to thir walle as i have no intention,after my experience to ever buy something from them.
They credited the wallet to force myself to buy from them,and didn't even put all the money!

this is a scammer website, you think our buying goods, but in actual fact your paying a subscription, avoid like the plague, their clause " we do not refund"

Bought a massage. Took a day off work to go to appointment but when I got there the massage place told me they were taking living social to court as they haven’t received a penny from living social for all the treatments they have sold. Told me they cancelled all appointments booked through them and living social should have contacted me to let me know which they didn’t . Wasted a holiday for nothing. Don’t deal with them.

Terrible company, I ordered a chest of drawers & paid €115 + postage, never received so upset & you can’t contact an actual person. This was back in March & no matter how I’ve tried I can’t get my money back, how do they get away with it…. Please beware!

Do not buy from this company I thought I was buying a garden implement in fact I bought a voucher which I then needed to activate at whichever they wanted my credit card details which I would not do has I had payed through PayPal I tried several emails telephone demanding a refund not one reply I eventually took up the matter with PayPal who then got me a refund

I have been robbed as other people have said .they take your money no goods came.no refund either took my money 5th April 23.now 9th may .

This is a total scam. I never received my goods and they are having nothing to do with it.

BEWARE: Dysons sold on Living Social are Damaged, Filthy, STINK and the motor sounds on its last legs. Presumably rescued from a tip or skip. The people Living Social/Wowcher partner with to sell them are UTTERLY dishonest. BEWARE

This company took money from my account, for a order I did not receive, its been a nightmare to talk to any body.I will now go to the ombudsman to try & recover the payment that Livingsocial took. DONT trust this company.

Paid £199 for a bed 9 weeks ago, still waiting for the bed and finding impossible to contact the company!

Is it just a coincidence that since using this company and not receiving my items(..since refunded by PayPa)l.. that my credit card has been hacked?

What went wrong!! That's ripe I ordered a double bed mattress on February taken the money from my clearpay account £84 never got refunded I wouldn't trust this company should be shut down it's a scam don't touch it with a barge poll it's a con they rob you plus they don't acknowledge your complaints either don't recommend this living social to anyone.

Never again very bad experience I order a doorbell with camera dated 10-febuary -23 after pay receive an email receipt after that No communication until waiting 20-march-23 I started to wonder whats going on my order. Email them again and again telling me about stupid VOUCHER which is I don't understand.. I don't want a VOUCHER I told them I want my money fully refund I am not interesting the item anymore.. again they keep saying about VOUCHER...I never ever have an bad nightmare experience like this. BIG NO!NO!

This is the worse company I have ever have to have dealt,
They took two payments from my account, for the item I ordered and the voucher. The item never arrived and I spent weeks trying to get my money returned.
Eventually I had one of the payments returned and despite my persistent effects I could not redeem the voucher, then to be told it had expired, this amounts to theft.
I am still trying to make a formal complaint
My advice don’t use this company

Scam - just like T*kT**er!!! Taken money but didn’t send goods.
AVOID

No refund and no item . ANYTHING RELATED TO THEN ... RUN ... DONT WALK . CERTAINLY DONT BE FOOLED OR DAZZLED BY PRODUCTS THAT ARE CHEAP
