Livicor Hair Reviews 

Purchased some curly tape in hair extensions which I ordered 14inch which is the length of my hair. They arrived and were less than 11inches. When I contacted Livicolour about this they said that the hair is measured stretched. They said this is advertised but it’s not very clear on the website. They will not even exchange or refund. This cost me £159 and I’m stuck with it. I’ll never order from them again and would advise that anyone else never order from them if they expect a fair and decent service.

Not exactly what I had expected; I have type 3A hair and this seemed more like 3C/4A despite being advertised as 3A/3B. However, hair was easily able to be chemically processed to match my texture and colour. Good quality extensions however, despite not being accurately described.

The quality of your hair is very good and the main benefit for me is the price, easy installation and the whole look of the product is phenomenal. it give my natural hair a rest.
It's quick and convenient.

I asked if the hair I ordered could be refunded if it didn’t match, they confirmed this was ok. When I received the hair, after paying over £200, it was a horrible yellow colour and didn’t match my hair at all. I asked them to process a return and refund and was told that as it’s a ‘custom order’ I wasn’t entitled to a refund, despite me having email evidence of them saying I could. Absolutely hideous product and even worse customer service, steer clear

Absolutely rubbish mine are frizzy totally different from what’s on your website. I would require my money back please £212. I’ve already asked you you said no I am going to give you as much bad publicity as I can.

I must admit, I was initially quite hesitant about purchasing these hair extensions. Having never used extensions before, I was unsure about how they would look and feel. They were soft to the touch and the colour was a perfect match to my natural hair. Applying them was a breeze, even for a beginner like me. Once they were in, they felt comfortable and secure. What truly amazed me was how natural they looked. They blended seamlessly with my own hair and added just the right amount of volume and length. I've received so many compliments since I started wearing them and my confidence has skyrocketed. These hair extensions have turned out to be one of the best beauty investments I've made. If you're on the fence about getting extensions, I wholeheartedly recommend giving these a try. You won't regret it!

The hair extensions are very beautiful and give me fuller, longer hair. I also like the fact that I am able to straighten the hair and it goes back curly after washing the hair.

Do not buy from this company.

They sent me the wrong hair extensions. They sent me the loop ones and I needed I Link ones. Now I am stuck paying for my own shipping back to the UK. I am very disappointed

I ordered a 40 piece curly afro tape in hair yet i received 36 brazillian tapes. customer is an absolute joke.

In March I bought my microbed hair extensions the it wasn't enough it wa I ordered more in June when i you got them completely different curlcompletely different texture 16 inch when I paid for 18 and to top it of that send a message emails no reply, disgusting customer service

I ordered the same hair I ordered the same hair again because a 100 shares a 100 chance wasn't enough when I received it it was completely different to the it's different to the 1st one I ordered to curl the texture I paid for the same length and got sure upon message message email message email no reply not acceptable

Was awful. I was waiting for too long no response to any of emails and eventually I didn’t even receive my package which completely ruined my wedding for me. I will never trust you again and I will make sure I find a way to sue you for the damage you had caused.

Its a scam. Not as described. It doesn’t look like in the picture at all. They stole my £200. I requested refund but nobody responded

I love my hair extensions, and I was impressed by the hair quality as this was my first time buying them. So far, so good. The curls are still holding up well after installing and straightening them.
