I've been tutoring on this website for about 5 months now. I really didn't expect much to come out of it since I've never heard of the website until discovering it through Indeed, but it's actually a great community and a good way to earn some side money if you're interested in tutoring!

I was worried I would have to advertise my tutoring outside of the website since that's fairly common with these types of websites, but this organization is really good at advertising and finding students for you as long as you put yourself out on through the site. I really love how user-friendly the tools are, how fast the staff responds if you need something, and the booking system when a student wants to schedule a lesson.

Obviously, there's room for improvement of course. The app is really slow and laggy and there's some slowness on the website as well. I realize everything is still being developed so I don't think it's a huge issue but I really hope their app gets developed further so that I can respond to my students on the go since I'm not always on my computer. Along with that, I'm really hoping there will be more interactive tools like group lessons with multiple students, drawing tools, and a tool for tutors to reschedule lessons. But these are all things I'm sure will be added in the near feature.

Overall, great community! I love how flexible it is and the connections I've made through the site. It's really made a difference and gave me more experience on educating students from various backgrounds.

Overall, LiveXP is a great platform for students looking to improve their language skills. The platform is easy to use and the tutors are generally awesome.

As I mentioned once before, It's the best app I have ever worked with!! It gives very complete instructions for teachers. Payments are always on time. The support team is incredibly friendly, hardworking and will always solve any issue that crops up. Above all, they are respectful and understanding. The app is very easy to follow.LixeXP has a vast audience from all over the world and not only that, the students are all so willing to learn. My experience with LiveXP has been and is the most remarkable!!!! I am soooo sorry to read so many lies from people saying we teachers aren't real. We sure are real !!!!!! We all do our best to help each and every student together with the support team and for those who say teachers don't show up. They do !!! If any of them don't show up they always contact the students or support team and solve the issue. Yes of course we are humans.LiveXP cares about people and it shows!!! I assure you this is no spam. There is one thing I would like to add to the platform time slots, since I have back-to-back classes, it would really help me to have a different way for students to book my classes. Maybe giving me a short break between them. This would be up to each teacher of course. Just an idea to help teachers take a few minutes from class to class, from time to time.Thank you LiveXP !!!You make a difference !!!

Customer Support

I don't like their customer support. They are a bunch of liars.

A real horrible experience. I have booked a lesson with a tutor but the tutor didn't show up. Yes it can happen to anyone but at least LiveXP should provide a way to mitigate that kind of situations. All they care is your money because thought tutor didn't come LiveXP "ate" the money, and perhaps the tutor is just a fictuous personality created by them. SHAME ON YOU!.

I didn't receive all of my.lessons schedule

Friendly and understandable user interface. There is a possibility to study online on the platform. Also, a good feature is a sync with Google Calendar, so I can see notifications on my phone. One thing is missing - so that notifications come, for example, to the email if someone wrote a message in the chat.
In general, it's a good platform, recommended.

I’ve had a great experience using this platform for learning English. The interface is user-friendly and I found a great teacher there. I see how the platform develops. They’re always creating some new cool features. Hope they’ll add Indonesian to the taught languages on the platform soon. Just want to have conversation classes.

I sheduled two different lessons. One tutor did no t appeared and the other appeared just for 10 minutes. I paid 2 hours. Not refund. I was cheated. It is a scam.

I have been advised livexp on social networks. I registered there as a teacher of French.
Livexp provides us with simple and fun educational tools to teach better. The students select you and contact you in a few clicks. The lessons take place in the LiveXP's Lesson room. It has been improved recently so it works fine.
I like how it works. I create my own schedule and decide how much money I want to get for my lessons. It's really cool. The platform develops really fast. They always add some new features and it's cool.
The only thing I don't like much is that any user can send you a message. Usually, it's ok, but when you receive messages from cheaters. it annoys me a lot. But I'm sure they'll do something soon. Oh, and what's the best thing is that a new application for iOS has been released recently. It's amazing! Now I can give lessons from my phone.

I'm a student on LiveXP for already half a year. I see how the platform develops and becomes more and more comfortable.
I have English conversation lessons with native speaker there, and also learn Spanish. It has a really user-friendly interface and it's easy to navigate. Introductory videos and tutors' live streams really help you to choose the best tutor for yourself. LiveXP also has the easiest booking a lesson flow, and there is a great opportunity to book a lesson package which is really useful.
The only thing I would like them to improve is a lesson room where all lessons take place. Some technical issues happen from time to time. But I'm sure it's gonna become perfect in near future because these guys improve the platform every day.

It's an excellent platform for those who want to start learning something new. They're providing educational live streaming services as well as private lessons with the tutors on different subjects. Like it, because it's affordable, also there are a bunch of free online courses.
