I deeply regret having dental treatment at Livera Clinic also go under the name of esvita clinic - that in itself is dodgy.

Before flying out to Turkey, I specifically asked for individual crowns. I was promised and had it confirmed before travelling that my crowns would be individual. Despite this, much of my dental work was completed as joined/fused blocks rather than individual crowns.

My teeth were prepared on the first day, permanent teeth were fitted the following day, and my treatment was essentially completed within approximately three days. I felt the entire process was extremely rushed. I did not feel that I received an adequate consultation beforehand, there was a significant language barrier, and payment was taken before treatment proceeded.

Since returning to New Zealand, I have experienced significant problems and have now been assessed by dental professionals here. I have been advised that there is extensive damage, that some teeth may not be salvageable, and I have a broken/root fragment that I can physically feel on the roof of my mouth which cuts my tongue. I also have areas where food is becoming trapped around the dental work.

I have now received an estimate of approximately NZ$100,000 to properly address the problems with my teeth.

I understand that every patient's experience is different, but this is my personal experience and the outcome of the treatment I received. Had I known what I know now, I would never have proceeded.

I strongly encourage anyone considering extensive dental work overseas to obtain independent professional advice beforehand, ask exactly how their teeth will be prepared, whether crowns will be individual or joined, and understand what options they will have if complications arise once they return home.

I have documentation and X-rays from my dental assessments in New Zealand to support what I have described above. I have also contacted Esvita Clinic directly regarding these issues and my concerns, but I was ignored and received no response.

My experience with Livera Clinic was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul, everything was perfectly organized. The communication was excellent throughout the entire journey, from airport pickup and hotel arrangements to every stage of my treatment.

Had a great experience 25 zirconia crowns root canal and one extraction, all of this with no pain at all , my teeth look fantastic, dr Ervin was great also Safa and Alex make you feel so welcome and always keep you informed in what the plans are , I very highly recommend livers clinic

I discovered Livera Clinic through a friend’s recommendation, and I’m very pleased with the experience I had throughout my treatment. I had a Hollywood Smile procedure and, although I am usually quite anxious about dental visits, the professionalism, care, and reassurance shown by the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
Everyone I interacted with, including the doctors, assistants, coordinators, and drivers, were friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and very well organised, which were the crucial items in my checklist to feel confident. It is incredibly hard to find a reliable dental clinic with this quality and service in London unless you are ready to pay thousands of pounds. I also really appreciated how clearly every stage of the treatment was explained to me, both before and after the procedure.

Outstanding experience so far – professional and well-organised
I travelled for dental treatment and had 4 lower implants placed along with zirconia crowns on my front teeth. I am currently in the healing phase, but so far everything has gone very smoothly.
The surgery was well organised, the clinic was clean and professional, and a post-surgery X-ray was taken to confirm implant placement, which gave me extra confidence. The implants used were BEGO (German brand), and the treatment plan was clearly explained to me.
Recovery has been surprisingly comfortable minimal swelling, very manageable discomfort only on the first day, and no complications so far. The team has been responsive and supportive throughout the process.
I still have to return in a few months for the final crowns, but up to this point I feel confident and satisfied with the care received.
I will update my review after completing the full treatment.

I was indicrectly taken to Livera Clinic to install veneers. I was taken care by Dr Huseyin Kul, young person with nice personality and very professional. He is a great asset of the Clinic.
On the downside of the place was lack of privacy, maybe that's the different culture thing. In dentist room different people were coming in and out, conducting long converstation over my head on the dental chair, a lot of noise around. I felt like having a dental procedure at the train station.

This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. 1 star is already too much! The first denture they made was unusable, and unbelievably, the second one I paid them for again was just as bad. Their work was so poor that I have to get a third denture at another clinic .
Because of their poor work, I also had to fly to Istanbul three separate times, costing me even more money and stress.

I have photos proving how bad the dentures were. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to stay away from this clinic.

I had an amazing experience at Livera Dental. I came out with a much better smile that looks completely natural. Thank you to Dr. Ervin Umer , his assistant Kader and the staff including Safa and who helped direct everything from beginning to end. Meriem helped with all the bookings and driver coordination. They took amazing care of us from arrival to departure of the city.
