Heater/air purifier stopped working after 2 months.
They have given me the run-around about replacing it and I had to pay to return it.

VERY unreliable products, garbage customer service
Purchased a heater/air filter. It stopped working after two months. I would get heat for 2 minutes, then it just blew cold air. Customer service requires you to pay to ship it back, then say 3-8 weeks to process the return.
