Sean at Lively Professional Services recently completed a snagging report for my new build house and I couldn’t fault him. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Sean spent around three hours at the property and covered everything from top to bottom, finding issues in places I would never have thought to check myself. The report was sent over the very same day. He is clearly an expert in his field, reasonably priced, and provides a thorough, professional service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a snagging inspection.

On the day he was very thorough, picking up things we wouldn't have spotted ourselves and providing advice on how best to get everything sorted with the developer. And just a nice guy!

They are very responsive over emails. We scheduled the inspection on a date that works for both of us. The representative arrived on time and demonstrated great attention to details. After doing a lot of research into snagging companies I came across Lively Professional Services and was impressed with their website and various blogs. I could see they also covered the South West so instantly made contact. Communication was great, Sean was very responsive to my queries and I booked without hesitation. On the day itself Sean arrived on time, took me through what he was going to do and after 3 or so hours we were provided with a summary of what he had found which he explained thoroughly. A detailed report including photographs was provided by the end of the day which we were able to send directly to our developer. I would highly recommend Lively Professional Services if you are looking to get your new build professionally snagged.

Thoroughly great experience for us. Sean was very responsive to our initial enquiry, did his best to accommodate the timing that worked for us, arrived promptly and took us through the findings after spending approximately 4 hours working through the property. Some were obvious to us and had already been identified, but many wouldn't have been noticed until we'd been in the property for several weeks or longer. I don't know if I'm relieved or disappointed that nothing significantly awful was found, but I'm extremely grateful to have had a knowledgeable and independent set of eyes give things we may not understand and certainly aren't fluent with the once over. Would use again without hesitation.

From the very beginning communication has been great. Sean snagged our property today. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional and explained all the snags clearly.
