I just wanted to leave another review for these terrible people. This was the email I received from them which is honestly scarily dark from a company called “Live in the Light” this is directly cut and pasted -

We’ve seen your emails and appreciate that you are upset.
It must be very difficult being that tightly wound. Perhaps if you were able to collect the eye wipes your cat may still be alive ‘Sad Face’ ☹ ☹ ☹ . Please accept our condolences on the loss of your cat, it is CERTAINLY in a better place.

We’ve attempted to refund you twice, however, as shown earlier we were unable to do this.

Hopefully your cat will be with you in your chakra heart for all of your future.

They keep trying to defend what they said but seriously what they said is grotesque..

This spf moisturiser is easy to use and makes my skin look and feel good. Plus it is vegan and high protection. So glad I tried it and will buy again. I wear it over suncream and it does really well.

Delivery was very fast and well packed. Love this item it’s the only one I could find that has the NIR light so I’m very happy, easy to use and comes with a nice storage bag.

It’s to heavy for my hair. Once applied I could not even brush my hair. I only applied a small amount. ☹️

Ordered expensive makeup that (through no fault of their own) was unusable. I was surprised and annoyed, obviously. When I emailed them explaining this, and saying I'd like a replacement, they asked me to send pictures to prove my complaint (the brand that makes the product said they had never heard of this problem before) and only then asked me to return the product, sending me a label.
I returned it promptly. Because of Royal Mail tracking I can see they received my return 5 days ago but I have not heard from them at all in that period. I've sent their customer care email two messages asking about this. It's now been 19 days since I ordered the product originally. It's an essential product for my daily life. I consider this lack of communication REALLY poor service and am really hoping to hear from them soon seeing as they are taking no action currently to sort this out.
