Owner hides and will not admit his faults
It all starts OK ish, You pay for a daily trade that is only really about 2-3 out of the 5 trading days on average. The guy disappears for at least 3-5 days then comes back saying he is sorry but he has been sick for a few days. Now that would normally not be a problem if it did not happen every 4-8 weeks. You as the customer ask if he has a medical condition as you would if someone is sick all the time like this guy claims. I asked the question of him over quite a few times and I still have not got an answer. You try to get a phone call and you get told to download all these apps so he can do so but I still have not received a call from him. Then it moves on to him not answering his phone, well low and behold the guy has his voice message stopping people from leaving a message.
Then all he does is blame you for him making a time and day for one on one coaching, then he leaves you hanging on waiting for him for 4 yes that is right for 4 weeks and then sends a 15 year old style message saying he is sincerely sorry. In my past if someone is sincerely sorry you do not do it on a computer screen you pick up the phone and talk to them or go and see them. Do not waste your time or money on this guy as all he has is excuses for not delivering for what you pay for.
