Mostly happy
Really happy with my order, all items there in good condition just as expected, delivery time etc was great, but there was a hole in the side of a bag of crickets I ordered, so I’m now continuously finding escaped crickets running around my house

Fantastic service
I just wanted to share my experience. There was a small issue that was no fault of the companies but they put things right for me without me even having to ask. Great service at a very difficult time for everyone, especially companies that need to rely on the postal service.

Fantastic customer service
Used this company last year for live mealworms. Had first batch this year delivered and they must have been left somewhere hot in transit because they arrived dead. Fabulous customer service - company sent replacement batch the next day, all alive and well. Top marks

Flawless transaction
Flawless transaction. I ordered food and water for my rescued insects.
They have by far the cheapest products I could find in the UK, at big quantities so I don't have to worry of running out and the products were delivered the next working day at no extra charge.
In the past I struggled a lot to find a seller who can deliver and is reliable.
Good to have found this seller and will keep on using in the future for sure.

Brilliant service, reasonable prices
I order lve mealworms from this company for my birds. The website has improved latey for pacing orders. They always despatch the order quickly so that I receive it within a couple of days. I think that the prices are very reasonable and they don't charge extra for p&p which I always appreciate.

Excellent Service, Fast Delivery
Order fromthis site on regular basis for my large number of Frogs and Reptiles. Quality of livefood is normally excellent - but on a very few times I have recieved less then perfect orders mainly due to weather or post condidtions - but one phonecall and the order is replaced with no problems.

Excellent, reliable supplier
For 6 months of the year the resident birds on my patch are treated to live mealworms, which are loved by the robins, blackbirds and house sparrows. livefoodsdirect are consistently great, offering serious money savings and loads of buying options. If you place an order before noon Mon-Thurs they are delivered next day by first class post. Postage is FREE. I have been using this company for 3 years with no delivery delays or botched orders and have been delighted with their service.
