100% customer satisfaction is NOT true!
Unfortunately they do not ensure 100% customer satisfation. Purchaswd gift card and when tried ti submit code it was "locked". Contacted Livecards over 5 times by email and provided screenshots as proof - as no way to call - and different customer reps just kept fogging me off. Check the company details as based in Singapore not in UK. Refused to help or provide a refund! Would not recommend.

Five stars is not enough.
I got in to a real mess installing some Microsoft software and i was close to giving up but in desparation i tried customer support. They were outstanding, sent me a couple of programs to run BINGO all fixed. Superb sevice.

Painfully slow and received used code
Second update: Livecards is putting the burden of proof onto their customer to try and “prove” that the code was already used by somebody else. So now I had to spend money on making calls to Nintendo, only to be told that they cannot provide any information regarding the redemption of the code (not Nintendo’s fault of course!). So now I am an extra 10 euro out of pocket, with nothing to show for it. I truly understand that livecards wants to figure out why their supplier has provided them with a used code, but it is unfair to hold the customer’s money “hostage” until they have figured this out for themselves. That is a dispute between them and their supplier and keeping the customer in the middle of this is just an atrocious way of doing “business” (even though you can’t call this scam doing business, sadly I have only read all the other negative reviews about receiving used codes and not getting a solution when it was too late).
Original review: A few times I have ordered without problems, but the last two orders were nothing but trouble. First, they sold a voucher that they didn’t have in stock anymore (they only found out AFTER taking my money, of course). It took nearly two weeks to get my money back (funnily enough it took them only 10 seconds to take it from me in the first place). The last order I have placed with them has been stuck for over an hour on “transaction verification”, even though I paid using Wero (so the money is taken from my account immediately and it doesn’t make sense for any “verification” to be taking more than an hour).
First update: after almost two hours I received a code, but that code has already been used! So now I am 74 euros out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I feel scammed!!!
