I got a gift voucher as a birthday present. When placing an order, its being denied. Support has been silent for days. There's only an annoying chatbot guaranteeing me that support will reach out to me during the working hours. I'm starting to think that this store is a scam.

Its been days i tried to reach out the client service. No one answers to me. I made an order i never received ! and they dont answer to me. No info at all about what happened! so disapointed.

I ordered from their website and was shocked by the gifts they sent. This is the first time I've seen an online store so generous. Also, my items were delivered to The Hague in just one day.

This was my first time ordering from Little Wonderland, and I ordered two tubes of Dr. Altea 345 Relief Cream because, according to the image on the website and the ingredient list, this was supposed to be the version I needed. I also noted in the comment field during checkout that I needed exactly the version shown in the product image and ingredient list on Little Wonderland’s website—not the new version. Furthermore, to be extra sure, I even wrote to customer service and informed them that I needed the old version, and they actually confirmed this to me in writing by Customer Service. But what did I receive two days later? The new version, which my skin cannot tolerate. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from Little Wonderland yet, but if that changes and the Little Wonderland team helps me out, I’ll be happy to change this review to a positive one and delete the negative one. Great customer service!I´ve received an immediate response after contacting them about an already oxidized Vitamin C Serum (which can happen and it is not company´s fault) and they´ve resolved it very quickly as well.And all that around busy Christmastime.
