I bought an item and when I received it…
I bought an item and when I received it didn’t work, turns out its was broken. I contacted them on everything’s what’s app, email and the website but no one answered me they’re just ignoring me. The item costed me over 200£ so thats a big deal and it looks like they don’t care.

Im happy with the service recieved
Im happy with the service recieved, there was a slight issue with my order being delayed but i was emailed with an explanation and apology, i was also refunded the delivery cost. I like that i can track my order and delivery along the way for extra piece of mind. Overall i would recommend this company. I was abit unsure at first like i normally am when shopping somewhere new but i now have no worries shopping here in future.
