Don’t know where to start; 13 months dealing with this company, they have no clue what they are doing. Many telephone and email communication but still no resolve. Took our money and not done the job, numerous changes of fans, shoddy “finish”, I can’t describe how much the job is just awful. We have lost money and no “product” to show. Never ever go with this company.

Actually shocked at how unprofessional this company are. I didn't even get to the stage of having the report as they turned up late so the vendor was out and trying to arrange it was like herding sheep. They don't bother calling you back when asked or check their messages to follow up. After reading all the other reviews I decided to just cancel as it's taken a week and a half just to get to this stage. The woman on the phone could literally not care less when speaking to you. AVOID.

We had issues from day 1 with them not turning up and having to chase them down, to fitting the wrong sized shower cubicle, missing parts which they knew about but didn't care to fix or tell us about and still chasing for payment, had to complain and withold payment before they would try and fix. Badly fitting floor which we have given up with after we had them back 3 times to fix, large parts of the wall missing. Spent more money having to fix the disaster that was left behind. Job has ended up costing way more than it should have done.
They are clearly used to working with landlords who just want quick fixes and don't really care about the results, as this is what I was told at the end of the job by one of their fitters.

I used this company 2 years ago and what a shambles of a company. The poor workers were constantly being hounded by the boss (Wally Dixon) taking them from our job to another. The mess they left was terrible and when we complained about the standard of work and that the walls were not straight Mr Dixon came round to look and all he said was "what's the problem? The walls look OK to me" Yet everyone that came to the house noticed the state of the walls and commented! He sent the plasterers back and they redid the walls but they were still not straight so in the end I told them to leave. Now 2 years down the line and after saving our money we are now having to pay someone else to come in and sort out our walls. wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

I used this company a few weeks ago. I needed some work doing on a house i'm in the process of purchasing. They completed a damp proof course and fitted a drain pipe at the back of the house. The work seems good enough, the state the house was left in was disgusting.

They had to remove some of the kitchen to access the damp, instead of re-fitting the kitchen, they left the Fridge hanging off and the oven Upstairs! (That isn't an expression). The floors were ruined with plaster and dust etc. They had to be called back to clean up their mess. The 5 man team that carried out the work, then turned into a team of 1. It looks like someone turned up, mopped up, then left. Shocking service, not what you want when your about to move into a new house.

Also, the down pipe they fitted at the back, leads to my garden, any water caught by the drain pipe will now flood my garden!

Absolutely useless company. The only positive is that the woman on reception seems helpful. Its the cowboys she sends that are the issue..

had damp proof through the down stairs a few years ago they came did all the work left the place a mess gave us a ten year guarantee. when damp started to come through the places they worked on they wouldn't resolve the issue instead tried to charge us for extra work which we refused to pay. they are now not replying to my phone calls or emails
