Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.
I paid for items that were never delivered. No shipping information was provided, and when I followed up, I received generic, automated responses that did not resolve the issue. I was offered a gift card instead of a refund, which I also never received.
The website claims to be Australian, yet provides no ABN and no contact details other than an email address.
This feels extremely misleading and untrustworthy. Do not shop here.
I would not recommend purchasing from this site.

Overpriced Product & Poor Resolution RatiNg

I purchased the Kids 7 Drum Set Junior Drums Kit for $87.90 from this store, and only after ordering realised the same product is available at Myer for $54.95. That’s a huge price difference for an identical item.

When I contacted the store, the explanation for the markup wasn’t convincing, and even though I pointed out the price difference, they didn’t offer any price adjustment. The order had already shipped, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, the pricing feels unfair and misleading. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of resolution.

Absolutely SHIT COMPANY!

Absolutely SHIT COMPANY!! They claim to be Australian when they’re clearly not. I’m glad I used PayPal I put on a dispute and got my money back! Definitely email and get a case for yourself. SHIPPING FROM CHINA USING AN AUSTRALIAN ABN.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I’ve had a disappointing experience with this company’s return process. After returning an item, I was told they couldn’t locate it without a tracking number — even though many companies can process returns using order and account information. I no longer have access to the tracking details, and despite doing my part by returning the item, I’ve been left without support or resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating and has made me hesitant to purchase from them again. I hope they review their return system and customer service practices going forward.

If I could give 0 I would. Little Infants Australia presents itself as an Australian-based company, but in reality, it is a drop shipping operation sending products directly from Asia. Which is concerning when buying baby products as they will not meet Australian standards.

I ordered a baby doppler, which arrived faulty - it kept cutting out and was completely unreliable. I contacted customer service and followed all their instructions, including sending a video of the issue as requested. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took over a month of back and forth to even receive an acknowledgment that they would issue a refund. The entire customer support email is also managed by an AI chat bot called Joyce.

It’s been weeks since their last email and I still have not received my refund.

The lack of accountability, incredibly slow and vague customer service and misleading business practices are unacceptable.

If you're considering purchasing from this company: don’t. It’s not worth the risk.

The product was not delivered

The product was not delivered . I ordered it on 9th of May and have had only a computer generated email since. Date of order was 9 th of May. I have purchased a similar product from Bunnings from one quarter of the price. Don't use this service. Use local shops.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! I bought a Product from them and was sent a tracking number that didn't link to anything. The product was never delivered, though the money was taken from my account. I spoke with their customer service team and at first they responded though when I cancelled my credit card as a precautionary measure, they stopped responding. I'll never get the money back but at least they can't skim anything else off my card now.

NOT AUSTRALIAN AT ALL

Ordered the stretchy sling carrier. Very slow delivery and tracking number provided was not real. When the product arrived it was in a plastic bag with no instructions or care labels etc. Quality of the product is the same as any from Temu, Shein, AliExpress etc. Product is much too big and cannot be used for its purpose. After reading reviews on the return process I decided to not bother with the hassle.

I made the mistake of ordering from here thinking it was a Australian company until i received the tracking number that the item had been shipped from Beijing, I've also read from other reviews that you could purchase the same items from temu , So just be careful guys.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I placed an order on 6 February and still have not received any shipping information, let alone my order. I have contacted them via email and received AI generated replies. There appears to be no other way of contact them. I am now out of pocket by
$434.00! Avoid this "company" at all costs, nothing but a scam!!!

BE AWARE!!

I would like to caution prospective buyers about Little Infant Australia. It appears that they have posted their own positive reviews to attract customers. I placed an order for a rocking chair almost a month ago, but I have yet to receive it. Additionally, all attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful, as they do not provide a direct contact number. I advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

Not a legitimate or Australian site

Ordered a product on January 15 and am still waiting for it to arrive. The tracking number provided does not work, just states that the product is in Turkey but tracking is not available at this time. Communication with the company is generic and they just continue to send me back the tracking number that doesn’t work. This company is posing as an Australian site, but that is definitely not the case.

LITTLE INFANT SCAM.

You are advertising on your website that the kahuna 4.5 trampoline is $1000 marked down to $500. I have bought it impulsively thinking I’m getting a great deal which I’m sure is the whole point of that tactic. Silly me decided to research after I have already purchased it to discover this is actually only a 289 dollar tramp from kahuna directly or 299 dollars from big w.
I feel like a complete fool.
I’m a single mum on Centrelink. Just finished university, don’t start work for a couple of months. Obviously have very little money, put the purchase on afterpay so I could afford it.
All I want to do is make my daughter happy for her birthday in January.
Companies like little infants is false advertising, by making customers believe it’s a great purchase but in reality it’s basically unnecessarily robbing people of their money.
Extremely upset!!!
