on China , i send them an email but no answer.Today i've check the website and doesn't exist anymore..Is a biggest scam.Don't trust them
I ordered several kits as at the time I was expecting 2 new Grandchildren 6 weeks apart. The first has arrived and waiting for the second. My order is a no show and when I enquired as to whether there was a tracking number, I was told there was a delay, if it did not leave their warehouse in China by the following week they would issue a refund.
That was two weeks ago and now all my emails are ignored and no refund!!!!
Ordered a kit for my son who was born in March , kit ordered end of March it still hasnt arrived second week in May.
Answer i got was it will arrive eventually worst delivery and customer service ever.
