Received phone call 1 week after placing order to tell me item was not in stock.After agreeing on an alternative I was then asked to pay more for delivery, even though I was in zone A and qualified for free delivery. Woman on phone was very rude and clearly did not care about customer satisfaction. Would avoid this company at all costs.

The company were very helpful with an issue of a wrong order but postage and packing was expensive and returns have to be paid for. I'm not sure what happened with my order and where the error occurred, possibly a blip on the webpage or my touch screen. It turned out to be a very expensive shopping experience!

I ordered a tupperware box with a hinged lid hoping that it was big enough to hold some quick access tools I need in my job.

Unfortunately the product page had absolutely no information on sizing whatsoever. there were different versions of this item and absolutely none had any information about sizing.

This company supplied my order on time it was well packaged, the postage was reasonable, the products themselves were sold at a good price. I couldn’t have asked for more.
